The Operating System for Luxury Travel

The honest part

You run world-class trips on Google Sheets and a WhatsApp group.

The clients are flying business. The lodges are booked two years out. And the operation behind it is a spreadsheet, a Canva file rebuilt page by page, a WhatsApp thread with forty unread messages, and a printed PDF that was stale by day two. The trips deserve better. So does the person running them.

Why this exists

Every tool in this industry is brilliant at one room.

The itinerary designers stop at the sale. The traveler apps only start after it. The CRMs never leave the desk. Run a real agency and you end up subscribed to all three, copying the same trip between them by hand.

One system, three rooms

Every trip passes through the same three rooms.

The black book, where relationships and revenue live. The studio, where a messy proposal becomes a beautiful itinerary. The trip itself, in your guests’ hands. Albavoy is all three, under one roof, under your name.

The black book

A CRM that knows five things, then everything.

Name, email, phone, birthday, trip history. Start there. The rest builds itself: who travels with whom, which club they belong to, what they drank in the Cape Winelands, and what they want next.

It speaks travel, not sales. Clients are couples. Accounts are clubs. The pipeline is priced in commission, because the DMC pays after the trip delivers. And every trip carries its own roster: forms, passports, deposits, all visible at a glance.

  • Couples and clubs as first-class records, not workarounds.
  • A pipeline where revenue means your commission, not the gross.
  • A per-guest onboarding checklist that runs itself down.
The black book at work: a client card, the pipeline, and a live roster.

The studio

The DMC sends a Word document. Your client sees this page.

Every trip starts life as somebody else’s file. Fourteen pages, three fonts, a filename ending in FINAL_v3(2). The studio reads it and rebuilds it as yours: a live web itinerary, a print brochure, and the trip in the traveler app. One source of truth, three faces.

Change the departure time once. It changes everywhere.

The traveler app

6am. The mountain is closed. Every guest already knows.

Weather closes Table Mountain. You flip the day from bed: the harbour cruise moves to the morning, the cable car to the afternoon, departure moves to 9:30. Every phone updates. Nobody meets in the lobby at 8 for nothing.

Announcements replace the group chat. The photo stream replaces the third-party app. Dinner recommendations live where the trip lives. And it carries your name, not ours.

Design preview. It ships under your agency’s name, not ours.Read by 16 of 20 guests. The host console shows the other four.

Your name on the door

Their trip. Your brand. Our plumbing.

Every travel house on Albavoy gets its own address: yourhouse.albavoy.com, live today, in your colors, with your logo. Guests see the company they trusted with a five-figure trip. Albavoy stays where it belongs, in small type at the foot of the page. White label is not an add-on here. It is the architecture.

No demo data

Built on real trips, not lorem ipsum.

We do not have a wall of logos. We have something better: a working system with real trips inside it, and one agency running real departures on it.

We run our South Africa and New Zealand departures on Albavoy today.

A working CRM

Clients, clubs, pipeline, and campaigns, in production use today.

Three real trips modeled

South Africa, New Zealand, and Vietnam, rebuilt from the actual brochures and DMC decks.

White-label subdomains live

Tenant sites resolve today at {tenant}.albavoy.com, badge and all.

Commission-native

The pipeline tracks the commission you actually earn, expected against received, not vanity revenue.

The next step

Let’s build yours.

No free trial. No onboarding queue. A conversation about your trips, your brand, and what your operation should feel like. If it fits, we build it with you.

Albavoy is for agencies, DMCs, and advisors running real departures, not a self-serve tool you set up alone. Tell us about your operation and we will build it with you.
