Privacy
How we handle your information.
Last updated 13 July 2026
Albavoy is a product operated by Lumanaire. This notice explains what we collect when you use albavoy.com, why, and the choices you have. It is written to align with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
When you complete the enquiry form (“Let’s build yours”) we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, agency name, agency website, your rough number of trips a year, and the tools you use today. We also record standard technical data our hosting sends automatically (IP address, timestamp, and request metadata) to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if it’s a fit, to discuss building Albavoy for your agency. Our lawful basis is your consent in submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry you started. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking you first.
Who processes it
Your information is stored and handled by the operators we use to run the service, acting as our processors under contract: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), and Resend (email delivery). Some of these process data outside South Africa; we rely on their contractual safeguards for any cross-border transfer.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to follow up and, where a working relationship begins, for as long as that relationship and our legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may object to a particular use. To exercise any of these, or to raise a concern, email hello@lumanaire.co.za. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
